FREE STANDARD SHIPPING when you spend over $50!

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING when you spend over $80!

Orders under $50 are a flat rate charge of $6.00 for Express Shipping, and $4.00 for Standard Shipping.


Delivery Time:

Standard shipping will take 1-3 business days to Metro areas within QLD and 2-5 business days to regional areas within QLD. Interstate orders to Metro areas will up to 3-6 business days and Regional interstate areas will take 3-10 business days.

Express shipping is next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas - Perth CBD only). Australia Post do allow for Express parcels to arrive within 1-3 business days in the event there are unforeseeable delays. Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 business days

AUSTRALIA POST - COVID-19 UPDATE

Our business is adapting to the challenges presented by the pandemic, which means our normal practice of delivery has been impacted. As a result, we’re experiencing substantial delays in our network.

These delays are due to:

  • a reduction in air freight capacity and passenger flights (which also carry our parcels)
  • a significant increase in parcels volumes, many of which require manual sorting
  • health and safety requirements in our network (such as social distancing through zoning, and dedicated shift start times to reduce cross-over of workers)

We know these delays are frustrating, and we’re doing everything we can to keep delivering as safely and quickly as possible.

 
Rural and regional delays

Unfortunately, services to rural and regional areas are experiencing particularly long delays, and the following timeframes are expected:
• Express Post: 1-5 business days or more
• Parcel Post: 3-10 business days or more

Victoria destined parcels

With the massive demand and current workforce capacity constraints in Victoria, we foresee an additional 3-day delay for all deliveries in Victoria.

Express Post delays

Our Express Post service is seeing significant delays in delivery. This means that while we continue to prioritise Express Post, and most parcels shipped via this service arrive on time, some could take 5 business days or more to reach their destination.

All orders dispatched within 24 business hours.
Despite some delayed (2-10 days) in various destinations, all InternationalExpress orders will be dispatched and fulfilled without delay, and the delivery service is operational with minor delays only.

Unfortunately we cannot ship to Russia at this time.

  

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are shipped with Australia Post or DHL, and if placed before 1 pm AEST time each business day are packed and despatched the same day.

  

TRACKING + DELIVERY

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place by the delivery driver. If they are unable to do so or if the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local collection hub.

For international orders, tracking updates may take some time to come through as well, as the order is being moved from hubs overseas.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES + CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges. 

All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address.

We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Charcoal Clothing is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. 

We are not responsible for another country's taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit because of this. We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer.

Charcoal Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or orders delayed in transit. The above timeframes are not guaranteed and delays may occur beyond our control.
