Returns Information:

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a Credit Note.
  • We do not issue Refunds for return orders. Instead we can do Afterpay cancellations if you used this service or a Credit Note.
  • We cannot accept returns from in store purchases or vice versa as we each manage our own stock and are seperate entities.
  • We do not accept returns on Sale items.
  • Due to the fast turnover of stock, we do not offer exchanges. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you will need to place a new order with your credit note. 
  • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • For hygiene reasons cosmetics, earrings and undergarments cannot be returned.
  • All swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact.
  • Please email if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest of priority.


How To Return:

  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense - we will not refund or add credit or the cost of return postage. 
  • Place your items you‘re returning into the parcel and seal it up securely!
  • Take the parcel to your local post office or courier service of your choice and send it to our address (see below). We recommend using a tracked service for added security.
  • Once you‘re return has been delivered and processed through our returns department, we will issue your chosen return option.

Credit Note:

  • Credit notes can be used to make a future purchase and are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
  • Credit notes can only be used online, not in store.
  • Your credit note will be emailed to you once your return has been processed.
  • Credit notes cannot be refunded.


  • When using Afterpay, you have the options to return one or all of your items for a Credit Note.
  • Your agreement with AfterPay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.
  • If your order is over $80 AUD you can request to cancel your Afterpay order.
