In-Store Returns

POLICY

  • Must present original receipt upon return/proof of purchase statement.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or in-store credit.
  • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed & with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons - swimwear, bodysuits, earrings and undergarments cannot be returned.
  • Items purchased at our DFO store can only be returned at the same location.
  • We cannot accept returns from online purchases in-store and vice versa.

  • Final sale items cannot be returned.

FAULTY ITEMS

We allow full store credit, exchange or refund if the item has a manufacturing default/defect.

CHANGE OF MIND

For change of mind, items can be exchanged, refunded or returned for a Gift Card within 30 days of purchase. 

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards issued from February 2024 can be used in-store and online.
